A city of love, life, incredible food, wine and some of the most incredible architecture you will ever see.
We are always grateful for the ability to see beautiful things in our life. To work hard and then reap the rewords of visiting some of the most incredible places on earth. Walking through Casa Batllo Gaudi, The Batllo home and now museum - it was awe inspiring. The talented Gaudi offered us moments of contemplation and reflection.
It is this environment, wrapped up in incredible architecture that you see the brilliance.
The thought that went into creating light wells, air ventilation systems and water tanks was so far beyond his time in the late 1800 to early 1929. We weren't sure what to expect when we went inside however the visual 3D interactive tour was amazing. With art all around, we walked away inspired and with a renewed respect for a truely incredible artist. The museum is kept going through the tourist dollars - so go - see - be inspired - but if you can’t then we hope you like the images.
Casa Batllo Gaudi, Travel Tip
We went on a Saturday morning and there was a small line. Purchased our tickets and went through in 5 minutes. The ticket price included audio tour which provided a 3D interactive experience which was great!
This is a must for any creative enthusiast.
